3 Minutes: Pocket knife, cell phone, doctor numbers, Notes with all pertinent info. MY car has duct tape, tool and other necessities

3 Hours: Electricity goes out/ snow day

3 Days: 72-hour kits in many local stores, Emergency Essentials: www.Beprepared.com

3 Months stock for three days’ worth of inventory

         Exit strategy. Where will you go if you need to leave

the city or suburb

         3 Years: The 5 B’s…Here is what I recommend

1. Body (Diet and exercise)
2. Bandaids (meds, anti-inflammatory, antibiotics)
3. TP and Tampons
4. Radio
5. Beans (Food)
6. Bullets (.22/.17, large bore rifle, black gun, shotgun, pistol (500 shotgun and pistol, 1000 per rifle
7. Bullion (Precious metals, and other tradable items)

WATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!    

3 days- 3 weeks: MRE’s/Mountain House

3- 2 months. Add water only: Beans, rice, potatoes, milk, coffee, eggs, oats, pancake mix, veggies)

Stored in 5 gallon bucket, Gamma lid, mylar bags with oxygen absorber, Pasta w/sauce packets, Pancake mix w/syrup, Sea Salt, Rice, Beans, Sugar/Powdered sugar, Coffee, Powdered milk, Oats, Dehydrated Eggs, Dehydrated Potatoes, Dehydrated veggies
